Our yoga classes are designed for real bodies and real life.
Whether you're looking to slow down, stretch deeply, build strength, or simply get out of your head for a while, there's space for you here. No perfect poses. No pressure to perform. Just intentional movement, good energy, and room to reconnect with yourself.
Small classes • Beginner-friendly • 8 students max

Slow Flow with Jo
A beginner-friendly, restorative practice designed for days when your body and mind need to slow down. Move gently through accessible poses with an emphasis on breath, alignment, deep stretching, and intentional pauses that allow the body to soften and release tension. Expect a supportive practice that leaves you feeling rested, & grounded.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY • RESTORATIVE FLOW • REST + RELEASE

Neo Soul Yoga
A beginner-friendly, slowed-down vinyasa class that pairs intentional movement and deep stretching with the soulful sounds of R&B and Neo-Soul. Expect an accessible yoga practice focused on, releasing tension, breathwork, improving mobility, and helping you get out of your head and back into your body.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY • SLOWED VINYASA • MOVE + RECONNECT
We intentionally keep our yoga classes small, with space for just 8 students. That means more room to ask questions, receive guidance, get comfortable with the practice, and actually get to know the people you're practicing alongside.
No packed rooms. No getting lost in the back row.
No you don't! We actually provide mats for use but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you have one.
Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in.
Perfect. Both Slow Flow and Neo-Soul Flow are beginner-friendly, and you never need to know the poses before you arrive.
We encourage first-timers to arrive 10 minutes early to allow for time to settle in or speak with the instructor prior to class starting.

Hi, I’m Jonah Tryon, a certified yoga teacher, holistic healer, and chronic pain-informed practitioner. I’m extremely passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and find relief, balance, and empowerment through yoga. I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and specialize in trauma-informed, nervous system-awareness, and chronic pain-sensitive yoga. My approach blends yogic wisdom with practical tools for modern healing. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, navigating trauma, or simply seeking a gentler, more embodied approach to movement, I’m here to support you. My Philosophy: I believe yoga should feel safe, grounding, and accessible to everyone — regardless of age, body, or life experience. In our time together, you’ll never be asked to “push through” or perform. Instead, I guide with choice, compassion, and care, creating space for you to feel, explore, and move at your own pace. Yoga isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. To breath. To body. To YOU.
